<p>The analysis of 25 studies involving 600 people showed, consume 67 grams of nuts (equivalent to a small bag) every day can reduce cholesterol levels up to 7.4 percent. However, experts do not recommend the consumption of peanuts mixed with sugar or salt.<span id="more-409"></span></p>
<p>Not only cholesterol, apparently nuts are also useful for reducing triglycerides, blood fats, are associated with heart disease. Benefits of nuts is more pronounced in those classified as obese body weight.</p>

<p>She said the increasing consumption of soft drinks are generally high in sugar, have an impact on the 130,000 new cases of diabetes, 14,000 new cases of heart disease, and 50,000 people with heart problems in the last decade.</p>

<p>Sports and injuries go hand-in-hand with each other. Because all sports entail physical exertion, it’s almost inevitable that a sports player will be injured. Any professional player will agree that when injured, ignoring the pain and continuing to engage in the sport is never the right thing to do. Here’s why you should never try to play through and injury.</p>
<p>An injury can be anywhere from mild to severe, and even life-threatening in the extreme cases. Because there are some instances in which the extent of the injury isn’t immediately apparent, it’s important that when you’re injured you stop playing until you are certain of the nature and degree of the injury.</p>
<p>The most common injury is one form or another of a strain or a sprain. What’s the difference between a sprain and a strain? The only real difference is that a sprain involves the tough, fibrous tissues called ligaments, and a strain involved a muscle or a tendon (The tissue that connects muscles to bone). In either case, the tissue is stretched, sometimes to the point of tearing. Because the knee and the ankle absorb much of the impact and also bear a considerable amount of the body’s weight, they are very popular for this type of injury.</p>
<p>When this type of injury occurs, it’s important to not ignore or play through the pain. Doing so could aggravate the injury and cause it to become more severe than it initially is. As such, you could not only be out of play for a longer period of time, you could also do a greater amount of damage which may not allow you to ever play sports again. This can be said of all types of sports injuries.</p>
<p>There’s an old myth still circulating out there that if a person suffers a concussion they will do one or two things. They may lose consciousness or become disoriented and confused. The reality is that a person can suffer a concussion and show neither of these to signs. This is a type of injury that needs to be examined to evaluate the degree of the injury. Continuing to play a contact sport while suffering from a concussion could aggravate the injury to the point of unconsciousness or, sadly, death.</p>
<p>Team dedication is admirable, and in the passion of the moment it may seem that being loyal to your team is the appropriate thing to do. However, playing through an injury is never a wise choice.</p>

<p>Angiogenesis Foundation Chairman, William Li expressed the red wine and dark chocolate blended with blueberries, garlic, soy and tea can be used as materials for making cancer cells that made no famine has undermined the ability of the body.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;ve created a level of food based on the quality of these foods to fight cancer. What we consume every day could be chemotherapy for ourselves,&#8221; Li said, as quoted by AFP on Thursday (11/2/2010).<span id="more-372"></span></p>
<p>Scientists identify chemical ingredients contained in food. These chemicals have the function to stop the flow of blood supply to the tumor tissue so that cancer cells will be starved which will die.</p>
<p>Li cited a study at Harvard Medical School that showed a man with the consumption of cooked tomatoes a few times a week can reduce the likelihood of prostate cancer as much as 30-50 times.</p>
<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s a medical revolution that is happening around us. If this is true, it will have an impact on consumer education, food service, public health and insurance institutions,&#8221; he added.</p>
<p>Eating a variety of these foods together to make the fight against cancer properties become more effective and powerful. For some people around the world that can not afford cancer drugs, the possibility can make the treatment of cancer through diet as the only best solution to fight the cancer cells in her body.</p>
<p>Currently about a dozen drugs have been used to stop the blood supply to tumors by using the tactics of treatment called anti-angiogenesis &#8220;. But almost certainly that the treatment for cancer is not a cheap treatment</p>
